Automobile Insurance

The law requires you to carry liability, the bank requires physical damage as the vehicle is collateral on a loan or lease. We write all these risks both stripped down versions as well as elevated limits.

We can custom tailor any policy to virtually any driver and budget. We can make your insurance requirements surprisingly affordable!

Motorcycle Insurance

The law requires you to carry liability, the bank requires physical damage as the vehicle is collateral on a loan or lease. We write all these risks both stripped down versions as well as elevated limits.

We can write all sorts of bike insurance — everything from the 20 year old on the café racer, to the mom on the squad, and even Dad on his Harley!

Commercial Auto/Truck Insurance

Commercial insurance is everything from commercial tractor trailers, company mini vans, to the Small Business owners’ package with slip and fall, to Workers Comp that can include all your payroll needs. Please call with any coverage questions and we will be more than happy to get you your answers.

We have many years experience with these risks. If we cannot help you in your endeavor we will refer you to a professional that can.

Homeowners/Condo Insurance

Homeowners insurance protects your home its contents, earthquake, Fire, flood etc. It also includes a personal liability policy that can afford a wealth of protection from mishaps on and off the premise. This coverage is VERY important in that it protects the very center of everything you have worked so hard for.

Not only do we write all risks of homeowners, we can also bill escrow direct and submit all filings with your lender! (certs, invoicing, 438 BFU, etc)

Dwelling Fire Insurance

Dwelling Fire is typically written on homes that are somewhat out of date or that may be in some need of some TLC. These policies may also be written for home that may be in an area of adverse risk do to fire, mud slide etc. These policies are also put in place when a landlord has a property being occupied by a tenant as opposed to owner occupied homes.

Once again this is a risk we are very familiar with. We can produce a Certificate, 438 BFU, invoice and have all coverage bound in less than 15 minutes. We even bill escrow on behalf of the client!

Workers Comp

Employees who are injured or die while performing their job specifications are entitled to payment for lost wages, medical expenses, and disability expenses for a pre-established period of time. Instead of your company saving back cash or delaying purchases to pay these expenses outright, the business can pay premiums for workers compensation (workers comp) insurance, which will leave the insurance company in charge of handling any claims that may arise.

Even if workers comp insurance is not required in your state, most employers prefer the financial protection and limited liability that a policy provides. In most states, employees who accept workers compensation benefits relinquish their right to sue the employer for negligence.

The JMAC team can help you to understand your obligations under the state workers compensation system and deliver a policy that meets your needs. Due to our existing relationships with state agencies and insurance partners, we are able to expedite business coverage for fraction of the cost charged by most agencies.

Workers’ compensation is a “no fault” system in which injured workers receive medical and compensation benefits no matter who causes the job-related accident. If an illness or injury is job-related, the injured worker (also known as a claimant or applicant) receives medical benefits and may receive temporary compensation, if eligibility requirements are met.

Boat/Jet Ski Insurance

Boat insurance is similar to auto and motorcycle in that the basics are Liability and physical.

We cover everything from the hull to the electronics, on and off trailers, from Point Concepcion down to Mexico and all inland waterways.

General Liability Insurance

General liability insurance is a type of catch-all policy that can protect your business under a number of unexpected circumstances. For example, this coverage provides legal and medical payments due to a tripping hazard on your premises, professional liability payments in the event of employee negligence, and replacement payments for reimbursing the cost of damaged property at a client’s home or office. General liability insurance can protect sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporate entities.

Through detailed discussions, JMAC can design a general liability insurance policy that fits your company’s unique needs and your limited budget. We take the guesswork out of getting professional liability insurance, commercial liability coverage, employment practices liability protection, errors and omissions liability coverage, and other forms of general liability insurance that will help your business avoid expensive lawsuits and bad publicity. Working with JMAC gives you the best rates and a local advocate for your insurance needs.

General liability insurance will cover your business in case of bodily injury to someone or damage to someone’s property that occurs on your premises. For example, this type of insurance would cover you should a client trip over a loose phone cord in your conference room and break an arm. Similarly, if you were to accidentally knock over and break an expensive antique at a client’s premises, your general liability policy would reimburse the client for the damaged property.

Arizona DUI Resources

The state of Arizona uses three blood alcohol content (BAC) levels to prosecute DUIs: Standard DUI with a BAC of 0.08 to 0.14, Extreme DUI with a BAC of 0.15 to 0.19, and Super Extreme DUI with a BAC of 0.2 or greater. The lowest impairment levels carry penalties such as fines and jail time, while the highest levels come with license revocation, alcohol monitoring, six months of jail, and up to five years of probation.

Arizona DUI insurance has two purposes: to dissuade people from driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol and to ensure that anyone convicted of a DUI has the financial power to pay for any damage caused. If you have been charged with a DUI or have already been convicted, you need the help of JMAC and our partner attorneys to keep you legal and get your vehicle back on the road.

JMAC offers affordable rates for the best residential and commercial insurance coverage in Arizona. A JMAC specialist is ready to discuss your needs and design a policy in any of the following areas.

Anyone convicted of a DUI or reckless driving within Arizona state limits is required to obtain an SR22 document to prove financial responsibility. JMAC can give drivers an affordable level of DUI insurance or SR22 insurance in order to continue driving.

Arizona requires all drivers to carry liability coverage in at least the amounts of $15,000/$30,000 for bodily injuries and $10,000 for property damage. Anyone caught driving without vehicle insurance risks losing the driver’s license. JMAC works with a number of vehicle insurance companies to deliver the lowest rates to Arizona drivers.

While having Home Insurance is not a legal requirement in Arizona, it is an investment in peace of mind and legal protection. The cost to rebuild a home is significantly more than the purchase price, so JMAC encourages homeowners to insure all structures on their property and all belongings. For renters, we recommend renters policies that pay to replace belongings that are damaged or destroyed. For landlords, we recommend dwelling fire insurance, which covers the physical structure but not the contents. As an added benefit for both homeowners and renters, Arizona Home Insurance offers personal liability protection against injuries to others while on the premises.

Arizona is one of the states that require workers comp insurance even if your company has only one employee. Arizona workers compensation insurance removes the burden of paying outright for an employee’s medical bills and lost wages while protecting the business against lawsuits.

JMAC recommends general liability insurance to virtually all Arizona businesses. Without adequate coverage, the risk of paying for damages and legal actions is too great. General liability insurance can cover employee accidents, customer injuries, and business-specific actions that increase the chances of a person being hurt or property being damaged.
